All the left over teriyaki WT tenderloin, on fresh warm baguette bread. Sriracha aioli, and pickled red onions, fresh cilantro and jalepenos. Shaved some carrots on the mandolin, and added chopped cashews and chow mein noodles over the cabbage. Nice Blank. Hardest part about that sandwich is finding the right bread. French/vietnamese bread making technique isn't readily available most places.

I agree The nice soft French baguette is key to starting off right.

I agree The nice soft French baguette is key to starting off right. I've had some that were very tough. Impossible to eat.
