You would need an account with Fed-Ex. ORM-D is what it falls under. They would pick it up from you. You would not take it to them.

Stick it in a well package box, Take to UPS, tell them it's tools.
Do this at your own risk
Or like everyone says, go to a HUB and ship it correctly

I use UPS ground for everything. FedEx sucks for anything ammo or firearm related. Some of the FedEx stores will not accept ammo shipments, which is what I had a problem with. UPS stores will not directly ship ammo, so you have to drop it off with a driver or a hub. I generally meet the driver at the UPS store almost every afternoon for my shipments. I know them by name.

I’ve shipped quite a bit of ammo via UPS. Properly labeled and shipped from their hub (which is 5 minutes from work).

I’ve shipped quite a bit of ammo via UPS. Properly labeled and shipped from their hub This has been my experience. The only issue in Lubbock is there is one UPS hub, located way off in the boonies on the bad side of town. Never had any of it stolen.
