I decided to try a new recipe I had seen for breakfast for the grandsons. Hash browns spread out and shaped in a big rectangle on the Blackstone. Cook till about 90% done. Poured 6 beaten eggs on top and spread evenly on the hasbrowns. Cook till eggs are almost done. Add veggies and choice of meats on top the eggs. We did a bell pepper medley with some chopped onions sautéed. The wife and I wanted ham and sausage on ours so we added that to our side and added bacon for the boys on their side. Last step is to melt cheese on top, separate into 6 even cubes and fold over each of the sections in half to create the “omelette”.
