Well it has been way to long since the wife have had a Mexican breakfast at our local Manny's.

Good stuff!.

Wife had the Bacon Omelet.



I had the beef enchiladas, dayum good.





Wasn't any good at all.

We were eating at that Mannys several years ago. Fight broke out in kitchen and one guy stabbed the other. Over a girl, of course.

Around 8:30 yesterday morning (Sunday) i was pondering whether to cook Bacon or Corned Beef hash, eggs and either have the wife make pancakes or I would chunk biscuits in the oven. Before I could make up my mind, she says lets go to Manny's for breakfast, me sure

We are there at 9 am sharp, they F upped our order big time which is unusual. .
For starters we liked our waitress, friendly good service on her part!

We both order a coffee and water which took forever to get it., they did not start making it until we ordered some.
Ordered our usual breakfast, wife Omelette, me Stevens platter with beef instead of chicken she asked hamburger or beef fajita, so for $2.00 more, beef Fajita meat.
Waitress says rice is not ready is potato's okay? me sure, how do you want your eggs, me sunny side up.

They bring our food, before I even take a bite I could see that they had put chicken in mine instead of beef fajita, eggs were cooked perfect.
Got the waitress showed it to her and she was going to take it back, won't take a minute to get my correct order back out.

15 minutes later she brings it back out, all they did was throw some beef fajita meat around the original chicken enchiladas they took back, cooked new eggs and they were over cooked.
Wife's omelette was cold and was messed up on the inside, got the waitress back out and she was so apologetic said they have a new cook and will call the manager.

She came back and said no charge, asked if we wanted free dessert too, no thanks.
Handed her a $20 tip for it was not her fault, she initially politely refused it but we were persistent and she accepted it

Next time you're offered a free desert, ask if it includes mineral rights.

We said yes, we want the Mojave Desert I edited, added an extra S in there to make it sweeter
