What an idiot  Was it a game of Chicken or both drivers distracted and did not see each other, maybe they knew each other and the person on the bike was going to confront the other person in the vehicle or simply just staged?

I agree that it could be staged. Looks like everyone there was wearing a body camera of some kind. If not, why was the bike on the wrong side of the road, stopped and never tried to avoid the oncoming car.
