We have been patiently waiting for it to open and it finally did On the menu I was going back in forth between the CFS & eggs or the Migas with Chorizo So I asked our waiter Juan, if it was your last meal on earth which one would you choose? Without hesitation he said the CFS & eggs! The CFS was spot on, tender flavorful meat with the right balance of seasoning (not to salty like most) eggs are eggs, hash browns were good and Brown, the pancakes were also very good. On my CFS I asked for extra gravy, should have requested it on the side for it was drowning out the flavor of the CFS so I scraped some off and put them on the hash browns. For $15.00 it was a winner!

Looks fantastic Next time you order hashbrowns, ask them to add onions.

I had never heard of it but McKinney has two locations. I'm in! It was pretty good but if I lived in McKinney, I would rather eat at Bill Smith's cafe unless it has gone downhill?

These are all owned by Albanians. They cornered the market on "Italian/pizza" restaurant's so, they turned to diners. To give them credit the quality and quantity is really good. Coffee is Sigifredo a very good brew albeit strong. They serve REAL cream and TOP quality Jellies and butter on the table. A sign of top-quality products. Some, like Barneys Brunch House in Frisco sell FANTASTIC Corned Beef Hash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
