weve got teal,texas heat and i scouted for dove today which there were not many (but ill trade dove for teal any day)found good #s so mabe this year is lookin up,also have had good rains im gona say around a 1.5 or better,its like christmas in aug.all we need now is 30deg.weather  ...

Ya what is all the wet stuff? Realy I am darn glade to see a break from the dry/hot to the wet/cool! I am SICK or Summer I know that and looking forward to Fall! Also good to see them Teal birds!

Man, I'm not sure when I'm going to be able do some early teal scouting, hate to give up a Dove day!! I may just have to roll the dice and hit a spot that has historically been good for teal on the 9th.

shockingly, we were out early sun morning looking at dove...and saw about 40 teal. That is more then i expected and a heck of a lot more then we saw last year. That is about the only good thing with our low water conditions.
saw hundreds of dove as well.
