Ive got just under 2000 acres in southern Colorado. This is a draw season so you have to send in by April 5 and you WILL draw a tag with 0 points. THIS IS A DIY HUNT. The place is less than 10 miles west of Trinidad Colorado. I have no pics of the animals from the property as Ive never hunted it but I have few other smaller places close by and will post pics of a few animals from there. I believe this place is a rare find and will not disappoint. 1 neighbor is 5k acres and another is 2k acres. Very few hunters on those properties. Also within 3-5 miles of 2 of the very best elk hunting ranches in Colorado. The 2 red properties are 160 acres and 120 acres and are land locked with no use.
There’s no running water or power but you can camp or bring an RV. There’s also a couple Airbnb houses within 2-3 miles for 100 a night with plenty beds. I will allow ATVs for fourth season only but will warn you, if you ride them much around they will run all the animals out. I would only use them to retrieve an animal. Yes it will be hunted prior seasons with a max of two people each season.
Elevation is 7200 down to 6400.
I cant guarantee anyone that the elk will be there. I can guarantee that this area is known for some once in a lifetime animals though.
Also only the hunters are allowed on the property. No guests.
2 hunters at 3k a piece or 3 hunters at 2500 a piece. 4th season is also an either sex tag.

Via the pictures and hunting that general area last year I’d say yes. So roads should be pretty walk able

Looks like it’s not to far from Hill ranch, Vermejo and BDO WMA. This area produces some monster bulls. I saw a couple over 350 in BDO WMA last year , and know a 400 was shot just west of the WMA
