Has anyone used HuntingLocator.com to procure a lease, and is it legit? Are the lands you see before joining typically available, or just a way to get you in? TIA

Cant answer that but leasehunter.com has been good for many years.

I don’t know anything about them.I just looked at their site and it looks pretty good. Looks like you can do 1 month for $29. If I was looking for a lease I’d probably try it.

Think I signed up more for curiosity and when I had full access noticed most lease listings were already leased out and immediately cancelled inside the free cancelation period, less than 5-10 days if memory serves me.

Scam. I took the bait on the trial and ended up talking to someone from locator over the phone. They literally knew nothing about Texas or any of the leases posted on the website. No responses from any landowners that I tried to contact.

leasehunter.com is legit - need to check it several times a day because when one comes up they go pretty quick
