As the title says I’m in the market for a super clean Winchester model 12 , 28 ga . I have the other three model 12 offerings but need the 28ga to complete my model 12 collection.

They exist but last time I checked, many years ago, a good one was over $3000. There are also other Model 12’s, one is the Model 12 Featherlight which breaks down with a screw cap like most pumps. They also built a Model 25, which is a Model 12 that doesn’t break down. It was built that way so they could trim the cost to match the new Remington 870 that was beating them in sales.

Here’s a browning model 12 at Fort Worth. It’s the same model as the Winchester model 12. Not the direct Winchester, but half the cost.

Model 12 28 ga are 'easier' to fid with Cutts Compensator - sad. That said one w/o cutts in VG runs $3500 to $4500
