CPA e-filed last Monday, got the direct deposit notice for refund yesterday. Government still has the printing press fired up. Leary of this, last time I got a refund 40 years ago, I also got an audit notice soon afterwards.

I am due a refund for Cobra credit. I wish the limited partnerships I own stock in would get off their butts and send my K1s.

I'm getting $31. I had them snail-mail the paper check. Tax prep cost me $39

$83 refund due, half a tank of gas...

2019 and 2020 were had some variables, that was not present in 2021. I over paid 2021 estimated quartly taxes. Since I plan to owe every year, I mail mine with the check. When the check clears, I know check and return has reached destination. They cashed 2020's check, but lost the return. I have resubmitted 2020 return. Refund for 2021 will be held up until the 2020 return with W2s are input. 
If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?

Gonna get almost $5K back, but then turn around and make a $15,000 estimated quarterly payment. I thought I would just let the refund roll toward next year's, but I was not to do that...something about a better paper trail.

Won't file until October. I used to use the 6 month extension to fund my SEP IRA contribution.
