I asked for a. tracking number on 02/18/0222 on thf messages ZERO.then on 2/19 contacted via text asking for number. Zero. sun 02/16 texted hum again .Eric's response was his wife sent him pictures of the tracking, but he could get info to load on his phone due to poor service.i said ok. on 02/21 I texted Eric and told him what was about to transpire and it wasn't nice. Erics response no tracking info because his wife cant find receipt from po.no mail on 2/21 .Eric assured me purchases are in the mail.on 02/25 I contacted Eric again via text. 10 days to get a package from Sherman to jasper can't take 10 days and im tired of the bs just refund the monies via Venmo. Erics response cant send the money tonite no debit card in his possession but funds will be deposited by 12 noon on 02/22. says he will be home by 11 am and take care of it. as of 02/28 npc package and NO refund. Erics response you will have the funds by 9am. Eric says he mailed 3 packages & none were delivered. told him sorry but I need a refund.So here we are 03/05/22 no package & NO refund. whats guy supposed to do. Monday I will be at the local jp office to file class c theft charges on Eric and I'll also file for restitution in small claims court and ask for a jury trial. the current jp is a retired Texas game warden whom I ve worked with in the past. next stop fb. so Stephanie welling,kane hendershot,brandon diesel,tanner legg did u get the items u paid Eric Harvey for.if not file charges on him.if anyone needs screen shots of the thf messages ,texts, or Venmo transactions ill be happy to send them after assembling them for evidence for court.

the cost was $90.00 and the transaction took place here on THF .he is on fb as Eric hunter- esquire . I've been more than patient and too much of the story dont ad up ! if wife had the tracking info she sent to him, why couldn't she just send it to me !!!!!!! am I asking too much ???????

if you go to jp court it is just you and him, bring 3 copies of any info on paper or pictures (you, jp, defendant).

print any and all msgs on here, texts etc. and again 3 copies.

if you win in jp court they will give him a timeline to pay, no pay then the sheriff can go and take personal property equal to what is owed (you have to see the jp again for this).

if there are others willing to go at the same time you may all be able to confront him together.

There have been hackers that’s been jacking user ids. Not sure if that’s what happened here or not but it is plausible, especially as long as that user has has been active.
