I am going to have 3 sections to lease out but it is going to be costly. It is very great country. It is excellent for Whitetail, Quail, and Turkey. This country has mesquite, creek, pond, electricity, and good places for food plots. These 3 properties are one section each. They are located within 20 miles of each other in Collingsworth County. This land will probably cost $11/acre.

i lease 5500 acres in motley county whitetail mule deer and turkey,best quail hunting around. 14 dollars an acre !

Is Billy your dad? I used to lease these places a few years ago. Some big deer on them. Shot this one in `01. Seen 4-5 that made this one look little.

He is my grandpa. But I dont think we are talking about the same land. I have been guiding hunts on other land in the area. Do you have any other pictures of sum deer off the land you leased from my grandpa? Are you JT? I thought you still leased the other places. One of the guys that hunts over at the Sparlin place told me they had a picture of a 14-point on game-cam, but never saw him again. I have seen lots of good deer on that place.

I am looking for a year around hunting lease for 6 to 8 hunters. I am looking for one in anyone of these areas: Navarro County, Freestone County, Limestone County, Henderson County, or someplace in surrounding areas. If you know of any please let me know.

Stephen - Collingsworth County is a LONG way from Navarro, Freestone, Limestone and Henderson County.

Gross 150 7/8. Net 146 4/8. I shot it on the place north of Quail, just off the highway. He traveled with a HUGE 11 point that I wanted BAD. Never had a good,clean shot at the 11 so I passed on him. Never saw that 11 again in the next few years.

When you say sections, are talking 640 acres? I may be interested. Won't know until mid way through this season though.

3 hunters per section is sure alot of hunters for a section in Collingsworth & Hall Counties.
