Post on cholesterol in another section of the Forum got me to thinking. I haven't changed MY oil in a while!! Blue Cheese Cole Slaw Dressing
3 slices bacon, chopped and crisp (packaged real bacon bits will work, in a pinch)
1 small head cabbage (about 2 lbs), shredded rough (food processor)
2 medium carrots, peeled and shredded fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 oz blue cheese or Gorgonzola, crumbled
