A guy is selling a 1986 browning abolt in 270 it has some pitting and scratches Id probably rate it at 80%. He is asking $500 for it. Do yall think its worth it?

Pics would be helpful. For a shooter it’s probably a fair deal depending on how bad the pitting and stuff is. If internally looks good maybe but I’d probably be more comfortable around 400

In that shape I’d probably buy it at 500 or offer a little less.

I have a browning A-Bolt 7mm mag and it is a tack driver!

Muzzle Break or Boss system?

I have the same browning abolt in a 30-06. It’s been a great rifle for many years and $500 would be a fair price for a 1986 model.
