Getting frustrated with my AT&T service.

What do you have and how do you like it? AT&T? Sprint? Verison? Cricket? Consumer?

I'm company phone. I have my wife and kids on the Cricket family plan for probably the past couple years now. It's like $95.00 total for all 3. Never had one issue.

Verizon, expensive but it seldom makes me mad otherwise.

My wife had Cricket for a couple years, which runs off of the AT&T network. AT&T network provided good coverage, but Cricket throttled data speeds to 8mbps max data speeds, which is incredibly slow compared to AT&T. So if you don't like AT&T, I would strongly advise against Cricket.

I have a VZ work phone, but don't use it at all for personal use. My whole family is on T-Mobile for the last 3 years. Pretty good coverage/speed, good customer service, they pay for our Netflix, and we basically got new iPhone upgrades for $160 + free Airpods. Think it's $140 for 4 lines and that gives us international roaming/data which is a nice perk when we travel. Also only $5 to add a watch or tablet to your monthly plan.

It's all about where you live or need coverage.

Lookup your location and see who has the most or best placed towers.

I believe Cricket throttles the lower cost plans. Haven't heard ot them doing a data throttle on the unlimited plans.

T-Mobile and Verizon. I'd pick Verizon if I only needed one.

Depends on where you are and where you go. We have Verizon, as already said expensive but it works when others did not. From Tennessee to Arizona, up through Colorado and Montana, It even works now in that damn dead spot in Runnels County.

I've had Sprint for years and had good luck with them even though they aren't the best out here at work in Midessa. But since T-Moble bought them out, we've had a lot of issues with them. I'm looking at changing now to AT&T because they have better service here and back home.

Yuup Verizon always works for me whenever I'm away from home.

Depends on the area. Seems some are better in certain areas than others. I’m on Verizon now because that’s what works around the house. AT&T has some decent areas but I had more dropped calls with them. I’ve heard good about cricket.

Straight Talk Wireless working on the Verizon network has done the same for me for half the cost.

It will be interesting to see how Dish Wireless does. They are building a lot.

I switched to AT&T because they had better remote coverage than Sprint. They have been good but I believe they are falling behind Verizon on extending their coverage.

ATT since 2001. Only cell phone number and service I've ever had.

Cingular took over ATT like in 2004 time frame. Customer service suxed, they eventually got sold back to ATT or bought the ATT name of something, but the customer service with the original ATT was far superior.

Cricket works at home and the ranch. 7 years, no reason to change.

I carry 3 phones, ATT & MetroPCS

I find ATT better when fishing on remote lakes in East Texas.

ATT but have looked at switching. Early last year I was only getting 2 or 3 bars in the house. Sometime during the year they added or upgraded a tower near me. Right now I have 5. I have been thinking about switching to Suddenlink but don't want to chance service at house and deer lease. ATT is spotty at the lease but I know I can move around and get a signal. Neighbor works for Sprint but has ATT because he has no signal at the house with Sprint. ATT texted me about an upgrade stating that my phone is now paid off. BS I bought my phone a couple of years ago. One thing I hate about ATT is they push upgrades stating the new phone is free. Again BS an installment plan is not free. I don't need the the latest phone model. Mine works fine and does what I want it to. After ATT made it almost impossible to cancel my landline and doubled my internet I really want to dump them. It took 6 months to get my landline canceled costing me $200 for something I did not use. ATT customer service is one of the worse but I rarely use it.

I have Verizon and it is absolutely terrible. I don't get any service once I turn onto 1929 heading to our place at Ivie. My wife with AT&T has 4G LTE everywhere down there. It's the same heading to the ranch, once I leave Abilene the service is extremely spotty until I get to Comanche, then I have just enough to send a few texts but don't even have 3G. Then back to absolutely nothing by the time I get to Gustine.
