Hey knife guys, I didn't know where to post this, so I thought I would try here first...I have 25-30 farrier's rasps and files that I found cleaning out an old barn. I thought that I would just haul them to the scrap yard...then saw a knife made from "aged" steel...you know, left to rust in the elements. These have been exposed to the weather for several years...maybe 10 or so, really don't know...anyway If someone was interested i would give them away...in the Austin Metro area...Alan Nelson 512-963-2015

I can text a picture if you wanted to see a representative sample. I will try to post a picture tomorrow

I'd be willing to pay for shipping, with files and rasps it's a hit and miss. Some of them are case hardened and not good for knives. Some are, just have to test them and see if they can be heat treated.
