Pro tip, the egg rolls are great wrapped in lettuce and dipped in the nuoc mam.

I guess I’m behind the times. Never even heard of it. Bland chicken noodle soup with a bunch of unusual fresh greens in it. They will bring you a few of those small red peppers if you ask..... that makes it much better
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.

Love PHO Pronounced (Fuh.) Eat it at least once a week. I really like the Vermicelli with BBQ pork as well with Sirachchi.

I enjoy it, I applaud the amount of work it takes to make the broth, a lot of ingredients go into them and tons of time. My mil is Vietnamese and can make excellent pho, but it is a ton of work. My wife is Vietnamese, and she goes out for it! Pho 95 on Arkansas Ln in Arlington. That's where I eat and the one on south cooper on Wimbledon.

Not Pho but got a big pot of chicken noodle soup on. Almost done. Looks great man. Not Pho (which I love) but just made a big pot of spicy Mexican Caldo (my way). Added caramelized onions, green onions, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms to the traditional ingredients. I like pho without the pork belly. I know many who love it, but I just don't like the slimy texture of pork fat. That said, a hot bowl of pho with Sriracha a cold day to clear your sinuses is satisfying. I do shrimp pho. Also the Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk. So good.
