looking to get back on a lease this year. Hoping for panhandle with mule deer as well as whitetail.
Experienced, late 40’s management minded. Have $$ for feed and improvements.
Have every piece of equipment we would ever need, including forestry mulcher.
Looking for good sized place with good sized deer.
House would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker.
We are willing to put in the effort to help make or maintain a great hunting property. Mostly bow hunt, but not above pulling out a rifle if allowed.
No heavy Drinking and No drama please.
Just looking for a good place for Wife and I to escape the hassle of day to day life and do a little hunting ,relaxing.

Been busy with life, never found a good place. Going to start looking again.
