I woke up a couple of hours ago. And I've been feeling a little rundown last few days but I've been putting a lot of hours working. I don't feel too bad overall. Well I put in pinch of snuff. It's like my brain knows what grizzly tastes like. But I can't really tell if I can taste it. Does that make sense?

Reminds me of a picture of steak. You can almost taste it because of your memory of what steak taste like.

I've already had it bout 6 months ago but I didn't lose taste or smell then. But for those that did is that what it was like? Not real worried about and I'll take a test today but I'm over here thinking of items I don't know the taste of and I can't think of anything.

And now I'm trying to figure out why do I feel like I know what dog chit taste like.... I don't remember eating dog crap rofl

Had back this summer. Lost all taste or smell for a week. 100% loss. I could only determine texture.

Fast forward to now. Taste and smell are about 50%. It random what is what. I stuck a bottle of acetone under my nose a week ago because I was sure someone had filled it with water. Didn’t smell anything but the rest of my body confirmed it was acetone and my dumb [censored] was sniffing it. My wife wasn’t too happy either when she saw me do it.

You should be good. My first suspicion I had it was because I could not taste Copenhagen at all. Nothing.

My smell and taste were back within 10 days. That sucked eating a nice juicy burger and not being able to taste it.

Its just a weird sensation, messing with my mind.

Its almost like I can't tell if my mind is reminding me what grizzly taste like, or can I actually taste it and I just have the sniffles.

And I live alone so its even more complicated.... in the bathroom this morning I was sitting there wondering has my diet been so unhealthy lately that it made my bowel movement not stink, or do I have covid, or have I never paid attention my entire life, and in fact it turns out, my chit really doesn't stink rofl

I only lost my smell, not taste. It's weird for sure. I did save a little on my electric bill because I didn't have to use the exhaust fan anymore. I have most of it back now (I had it in October).

Had it last week of November 2020, lost all sense of smell and taste. Taste came back slowly over time, probably 6 months. Over a year later and
sense of smell is hit or miss. Live about a mile north of a lot of eating joints, can step outside and smell the smokers going, but spray Polo on me
and i don't know if i have to much or not enough.

Had it about 6 months ago, lost taste/smell for 3 days. 100% recovered it in a week. Everything for those 3 days was weird, didn't even want to drink beer, felt buzzed, but didn't taste buzzed

I have some pistols for sale in classifieds. Come buy one, cause I still have two full bottles of the green polo from back in the day, and I would really like to see how many squirts I can get you with while you are looking at the gun, etc. not noticing I am spraying it

rofl

But actually, reminded me, my buddy other day told me some California news broadcoast had to tell the citizens that contrary to what you have heard, cocaine does not prevent covid. I am not sure if thats true or not, but how much of spike in illegal drug sales does it take to get an actual news broadcast on TV about it. funny crap

I had it in September. Lost all sense of smell, but that has come back almost 100%. I didn't lose my taste, but everything tasted like it had a cup of salt on it. I couldn't eat anything. I survived on protein shakes and frozen fruit bars. Lost 15 pounds through it all. Sense of taste came back real quick, and like i said, smell is almost back to normal.

If you actually had it before you should be immune but everything about it was and is, so jacked up that it's impossible to say for sure.

I had it two weeks ago. Only felt bad for a couple days. Then about 5 days ago noticed I couldn't smell or taste my coffee. Whiskey didn't burn and I could down it like water. Weird as heck.

I was around two people back in the summer that had the virus. My sense of taste and smell was out of whack shortly after, but no other symptoms, period, zip, nada. I did everything every day as usual, including afternoon walks in 95+ degree heat. I have no idea if I really had the China flu or not. I just know peanut butter could have been wax and our 150 pound Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix didn't smell at all, but she does!
