In search of a lease for the upcoming year!
Very respectful hunter and wife.
I’m more interested in growing big deer than shooting them, if you’re shooting the 3.5/4.5 year old studs then I’m not the right fit for your lease.
Must be able to feed year round, work on the property, run cameras etc.
Gregg, Smith, Henderson, Cherokee, Rusk counties anything within an hour or so of Tyler, maybe a little further out.
I don’t mind another family or two but prefer exclusive access and rights.
