Fished it many times in the 70's, 80's and 90's. Pitching the reeds was all that.
Camped there too many times. We used to leave home on Friday, pull up to the guard house and pick out a water front campsite for the weekend.

Got ran out of the power plant intake once or twice.....lots of fish in there.

Odds are just as likely that a CEO or Executive will buy it for his personal playground, a Investment group will purchase it for a club or numerous other things

If the dam needs repair then someone will be taking on a great liability

After that drain the lake if it needs dam repairs. A little 500 acre lake surrounded by hay meadows would be nice. A smaller dam wouldn't cost so much.

Back in the day you could have gotten your saltwater fix in there - had some pretty nice redfish for a number of years.
