Had a craving for burgers, before the Holidays set in. Cooked some of those awesome Hatch Chile burgers out on the grill, with shoestring spuds and all the fixings. L&T, sautéed mushrooms, onions, Provolone cheese. Don't mind the last pic, I ran out of burger before I finished the fries, so made a second one! Don't judge; I'll be good tomorrow, errrr maybe next week, or at least in January!!!
