If you have time, drive up to Springfield, MO and experience this: https://wondersofwildlife.org/wildlife-galleries/
It is connected to the Bass Pro Shop there. It's full of great hunting history and has a lot of taxidermy dioramas. It takes about 4 hours to go through it.
The first pic is of my wife standing at the entrance. You'll be impressed by this place.
