I really like the 2 that I have for the money definitely hits all the must haves.

One of the 4x16's for $100 off would be worth considering.

I have both the 6-24 and the 4-16 and I prefer the 4-16 however it’s very short compared to the 6-24 so if you have a long action with a long rail you’ll have to go with tall rings to clear the rail.

I just pulled the trigger on one. #gobrandon still works. Scope plus the little package shipped with discount applied came out to $418 or so…

The more I read the more I like these Arken scopes. Tell me why I shouldn't.

Size and weight are their only real downsides. The SH4 4-16X50 GEN2 is an amazing optic for the price. No other optic at that price point comes anywhere close to it in features... with that said, it is massive (it weighs 36 ounces), so I'd never take it into the field, but it is great for the range and competitions... or if you're sitting in blinds or stands, I guess.

With that said, $100-off is an absolute steal.

Wife and boys got me this scope for Anniversary/Christmas. It shipped today. Kinda feel bad putting it on a cheap rifle. I don't hunt afoot so the weight won't bother me. They used the #GoBrandon $100 discount. Maybe it won't be good for hunting because of weight but I like the 34mm and the reviews on the turrets and tracking. We'll see........

So here’s a quick word on my experience so far.. I took my daughter shooting and she was having a tough time getting the 6-24 to focus and I noticed it had a binding spot in the knob. I sent an email on thanksgiving day and had a return label emailed to me on Friday I sent it back in to them and they have already shipped my replacement scope should be here tomorrow.

So far I like the 4-16 a little better than the 6-24 and the only downside is they are heavy as in pushing 3 pounds heavy..

The features and everything is excellent for the money especially with the coupon.

What rings(size) did you use on the 4-16?

I used mediums with a 20 MOA pic rail. Too much clearance. But okay. Might have got by with lows with that setup.
