the title should read "china Considering Texas Chipmaking Plant" Samsung is a South Korean company and one of the biggest chip makers. South Korea isn't exactly on friendly terms with the Chinese.

Considering the abatements and an environment where no state income tax allows you to secure better talent affordably, why wouldn't you move plants to Texas? The Samsung plant is a huge score for the county despite what you cave people keep posting.
