We will start hunts the first weekend in February and hunt till around the end of May. 750+ Acres in the Sabine River bottom in Panola county just outside of Carthage. Hunts will start on a Friday evening and hunt till noon that Sunday. Running 13 feeders all with stands. No limits on size or numbers of hogs. No lodging but welcome to camp on site which is all primitive. Local motels are just a few minutes away. Welcome to bring your 4 wheeler or side by side. Kids 16 and under hunt free with a paying adult each. Groups of 4 or more will have the entire place to themselves. I won’t add people you won’t know just to fill spots. A deposit is required to book a hunt. Cost is $150 per hunter. This is for the entire hunt. Due to this place being in a flood plain, hunts could be cancelled with little notice. Still have plenty of weekends open. And have plenty of hogs to kill. Also have close to a mile of river frontage for fishing. A LOT of coyotes you can hunt as well!!!

I have a couple spots available for the first weekend in February. This will be the first hunt.
Still have availability for the last 2 weekends in March and all of April is open.

Got a couple spots open for second weekend in March. I don’t have kids in school anymore so not sure but this could be spring break. Would be a good time to take your kids out!!
Next open date is March 18-20.
There might be limited availability in April due to the fact we might take off a couple weekends to make a Turkey hunt.

I have some recent pics but I don’t have a clue how to post them here!!
But do have pics of some big ole nasty. Seeing more big ole boars this year than ever. Acorns are about gone cause they are showing up at the feeders in daylight. Mostly in the evenings but by February, March, and April they will be hitting them every morning and evening.

Still have 2 or 3 spots open for the first hunt coming up this weekend. Going thru some cards now and seeing lots of targets and in the day time. Only had one hunter show up last weekend and he hunted 3 times, a Friday evening, Saturday morning and evening. He killed 4 hogs and filled up his coolers. Said he could have shot more but 4 was plenty for him.

I believe I have contacted everybody with a hunt scheduled.
I’m sorry to announce that all hunts have been canceled and will no longer be booking any hunts this year, due to a hunt group that broke probably our biggest site rule. It wasn’t anybody from this site. This group had been hunting our place for maybe the last 7 years. Sad that a grown arse man can’t follow one simple rule and then mess it up for everybody else.
Again, I apologize to everybody that had a hunt scheduled, but this is out of my hands. And it started off to be one of our better years for killing hogs. Just out of 3 hunts, there were already 15 hogs killed.
Anyways, I plan on doing some hunts next year but only going to do 3 maybe 4 due to my work schedule. I just have to be on site, that’s why the limited number of hunts.
