Finished processing my deer from Wyoming, and saved some good round steaks to pound out and cook. Started with half-inch thick, pounded out thin and tenderized, and fast fried them in seasoned wheat flour and a little Panko. Pan gravy, lots of Tabasco, Fettuccine Alfredo, and mixed veggies. As good as it was, fresh out of the pan, it may have been shaded by having the leftovers as CFS sandwiches!!
