So for the past week, I have been traveling for funerals, and deer hunting in Wyoming. Living in motels and spending more on coffee than food. Told the wife tonight I was craving bread!!! This was a typical Sunday sandwich around our house in New Jersey when I was growing up. Fresh hoagie rolls, sliced, stripped and cooked round steak. Sautéed sweet onions and jalepenos, and nice sharp Provolone cheese. Lays potato chips, Cole slaw, and steamed veggies.
