I was just about to post this. We sent out an announcement today that everything is on hold until it gets sorted out in the courts. Ultimately I think this will end up at the SCOTUS level. But for now I'm taking this as good news.

Will the people already fired get their jobs back? Our hospital had a Dec 5th deadline, so no one lost their job. As stated earlier, now it is up to the courts to decide. But the masking policy for unvaccinated employees remains in effect.
