Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe has won back his full pension as part of a settlement of his lawsuit arising from his firing during the Trump administration more than three years ago, his lawyers announced Thursday.

He wasn’t charged with any crime. So you want him not to get his pension? General Flynn got his pension. The Marine who recently spoke out against withdrawal from Afghanistan has been charged and should keep his pension.

If pensions are politicized, you will see lots of yes men. If you earned it, you should collect it. Even if you collect it in prison.

How would Schiller collect any pension unless he is disabled with only 17 years in the Military? If these guys have put enough time in for their pension they should get it even if jailed.

Same here on the clearance and what that means. Heck I almost got written up for discussing some stuff in open air with a guy on ship that did the same work as me. He should receive nothing.

No one is not saying he’s not a POS. The fact is, he was not convicted of any crime. He wasn’t even charged with a crime. The only reason he was fired without process is because Trump appointed him to lead the FBI. A political appointee serves at the pleasure of the President.

Denying earned federal pensions of employees, who were charged with no crime is very slippery slope. Not liking him is another issue.

Denial of an earned federal pension is extremely rare. Even spy Robert Hansen’s wife got his pension.
