The wife still writes checks for house bills. And I do checks for payroll. My wife handles the bills. She's good.

Hunting lease, utility trailer and property taxes are the only things I write checks for. Cash back CC for as many bills as possible. Water and sewer is cash or check only so I pay by ACH.
