Uintah Precision makes a bolt upper that goes on an AR15 lower. I wouldn't do it though. That leaves you with only 4 options. I've got the Howa mini action and it works. Barreled actions sold at Brownell's as I'm sure you know.

They have covered it and if you want something else there are other ways to get there. Remington 700 rebarrel and bolt for PPC cartridges which PTG sells. Sako makes or made rifles chambered in PPC that make slick little Grendel rifles.
Another route that I figure is not for BIL is a savage.

Ruger American Ranch and Predator I have one of these, the predator model i believe. Ended up upgrading the stock to a chassis system Haven't shot it much yet though but like it so far.

You are crazy. A 6.5 Grendel or 6.8 Spc bolt action makes an awesome mild recoiling deer/hog rifle. Suppressed, it's a pure joy. CZ has a suppressor ready micro action model. For 1/2 the price, the Ruger American ranch is cool but it's a standard action. HOWA has a carbon fiber version that is about 4lbs but that appears to be vaporware.

My 6.5G (factory built and not a bolt gun) is fun to shoot and sub-MOA. No felt recoil when suppressed. I have had it out to 800 yards at Jason's place.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect. Some people live an entire lifetime & wonder if they ever made a difference in the world, a veteran doesn't have that problem. Reagan

IIRC Buzzsaw had a Grendel boltaction that did look heavy for a hunting rig built by Dakota.
Before these options were available I had a CZ 7.62X39 rebarreled with an Obermeyer barrel and a little action and stock work done. With factory ammo it has been sub MOA with anything I have fed it and with reloads it is half MOA or better and scoped, loaded and with sling it is 7.2 lbs. I could have had it a half pound less easily but really like the weight for stability and shooting.

I am about 99% sure Bighorn (Zermatt) makes one...food for thought.

Aquilla Custom Gun Works builds them on Remington Model Seven actions. I think he still has a handful of stainless Seven actions, too. https://acgwllc.com/Eventually, I'll build my Model Seven into one...just haven't gotten around to it.
