Me too. I'm taking off fri so I can double check my blind. Found 2 rattlers in it last weekend all nice and cozy. Filled in the holes where they came in.

Man I'd hate to climb in a blind at zero dark thirty to that oh so wonderful rattle. I'd burn the whole dang blind down lol.

If it stays like this, in 10 days we are losing weight sitting out there. I see some rattlers in my blind, I’m losing more then weight….

Will be headed out Friday morning. Might be soggy according to the forecast.

Forgot to mention the black widows. Hopefully the demon took care of that.

I'll be finding out just how well my pop up will keep my dry cuz ill be in it either way.

That time of year

Kinda bummed no deer on camera in over a month. Do have some hogs. Won’t be out opening weekend but will go out Monday to check feeders and finish shooting lanes for a new stand

On the 28th I had 4.55" of rain. Last night and still raining this morning, total of 3" so far with 90% of rain the next 36 hrs. Not going to rut up the road into my place and will have to wait to bow hunt till tomorrow afternoon or Sunday at the earliest now.

Bigly jealous of your rain STX. We got .3 the other night at HQ, and I suspect less on the back of our place in Mills. I hope that we got something good this morning around 4 am.
