Recently, I had a problem with my Sightmark Wraith. I noticed when adjusting the focus, I would apply a small amount of pressure to the objective and the reticle would move about 4-6 MOA off target. When pressure is released it would return to the original zero. I emailed Sightmark explaining the issue including a video showing the reticle deflection and received a response the next day letting me know what I need to do in order to start the return process. Last Tuesday I shipped the scope to their Manfeild, TX office and Friday I received a new scope via FedEx.

That's about the quickest warranty replacement turnaround I have ever experienced from any company. Its a pleasure to deal with a Texas based company that is so customer focused. Kudos to Sightmark!

Yep I had a thingamajig that turns up or down the zoom break and they sent me a new one like in 2 days. I like them. Like their scopes too

Ive been scope shopping, already got another NX8. Looking for something under a grand. I like the look of Sightmarks F-Class scope.

Yep, I broke the IR mount over-tightening it when I first got my Wraith. Called them an they mailed me a new IR mount and Torch for free. I told them I didn't need the torch,a nd would pay for the mount since it was my fault, they refused to take my money. 2yrs later, no issues with anything. Great product and customer support.
