Reminds me of my early early life as a husband. I bought whole fryers and cut them up myself. One chicken made two meals for my wife and me. She like the white meat which left the drumstick, thigh , and wing for me.

), so I did them some breaded and Panko'd chicken thighs. While I deep fried some huge 13-count Argentine pink shrimp for me, I chopped som apples and we ended up with a Waldorf salad, shoestring fries, and the last of the lettuce and tomatoes!!
