Currently on Day 6 and feeling much better. Got a COVID test last night and the result was negative. I would equate it to a bad head cold and cough on Steroids. It took the wife 8 days before she felt close to 100%. Some of the stuff I've blown out of my sinuses the last few days would be enough to gag a maggot.

Doesn't anyone ever question why we have these viruses floating around in mid-summer? Didn't people used to get colds and the flu when temperatures dropped and it got colder?

Doesn't anyone ever question why we have these viruses floating around in mid-summer? Didn't people used to get colds and the flu when temperatures dropped and it got colder? Could it have something to do with millions of illegals from numerous [censored] countries coming here non-stop?

I averaged 2 colds a year when I was flying a lot. Time of the year did not matter. Flying with a stopped up nose is not fun. Since I quit traveling I don't get many colds.

Interesting. It was the flu-B that was tearing everyone up back in the fall of 2019.

My kids keep getting sick since they started back at school. Symptoms exactly the same as covid and neither my wife or I show any sign. So naturally we head to the Dr or urgent care, sometimes they test for covid, sometimes they basically shrug their shoulder and just say its some kind of virus and send along to go buy gatorade. Very frustrating times.
