Just scrambled eggs, cheese, grapefruit, and I decided to make bacon pinwheels. I had a bunch of already-cooked bacon strips, so warmed them up, put on a 1" wide piece of dough with some cheddar cheese, and rolled them up. I thought they would puff up a little more. They were a little dry, so had to cut in half with a fork, and coat them liberally in eggs/cheese. I either need to use half the dough, or two pieces of bacon instead of just one!! Wonder how phyllo dough would work, to make them light and tasty???
Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!

I'd eat that, minus the grapefruit.

Blank, can you tell me exactly how you scramble your eggs? They look crazy good. Butter? Add milk? Have not tasted anything for 4 weeks and can't wait for some breakfast.

The eggs- I bet he beats the snot out of them, some butter and doesn’t turn them too much.
Add some whole milk or cream to the beaten mixture

BF: You must be Momma trained also!! Yep, I whisk the eggs good to thoroughly mix them, with just a little skim milk to add moisture. A pat of butter melted in the pan so they don't stick, cook on medium low to medium. Not too hot at first, until they all get warmed up. Don't add the fresh grated cheese to the very end, when you take them off the heat, and only fold it in once. I'll edit this to say you don't want my wife's eggs. She turns the stove on high, heats the butter until it's brown, and cracks the eggs into the pan one at a time, until they're all in and half cooked. Then she scrambles the crap out of them until there is a good mix of yellow and white!!!

Okay, thanks! Sounds like I'm cooking mine too fast. And need to beat them longer.
