Use the tikkaperformance.com spring, and you will be happy with the trigger.

I don't play GI Joe either.

But I have shot a whole lot of rounds with a brake that's kicking up sand and dust. Next to other guys kicking up sand and dust. From the ground to every position conceivable, up to standing. For ten years, when a trigger went down in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, it was a Jewel. And we fellow competitors pulled guys triggers out, cleaned them with lighter fluid, re-install it, and hope it works.

Get off the bench, get in the dirt, and bad things happen to Jewels. Shooting very similar to hunting, not bench rest.

That sounds an awful lot like what GI Joe does bolt

I’ve been good with multiple factory tikka triggers set to minimum pull weight (2# or so). No need to swap unless you absolutely need a lighter pull or you’re into wasting money.

I’d rather throw it out the truck window, or the blind window while sitting with my feet up when I shoot my deer for the year.. even shot one off the breakfast table once..

Been social distanced for years, I wouldn’t lay on the ground next to a guy shooting a clam shell brake most these guys have mats and pads to lay on.. or is that against the rules?

Gi joe!

Very childish of you. A trigger discussion you turned into a name calling session. Go to abPRS match and call everyone there G.I. Joe all day long. The sport has grown tremendously. You don't have to like it, but you should accept it.

You don't always have time for a mat. Some stages are shoot, move, shoot. That's why I've seen a whole lot of Jewel triggers chit the bed.

HE77 yes it kicks. I'm not a recoil fan. I need to keep my old corneas where they are. I still have it. Its got about 10 rounds down it. I have some 180gr Accubonds loaded to test and chrono. This will be my load for the hunt. I will probably sell it after my hunt in December
