For those who are blessed to have HEB to be their local grocer, they make a bacon wrapped shrimp with jack cheese and jalapeno. I decided that I needed to make garlic butter to dip them in... Looks wonderful. What cheese? I can only get Haloumi or Juustolepia around here.
