Seems most bread aisle burger buns fall apart on you nowadays with all the gluten being taken out. Came across Dave's Killer Bread Buns Done Right and eat nothing but these now for burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc...

Speaking of burger buns, Whataburger has changed their buns. I like the fact that when I unwrapped my hot Whataburger it wasn’t smashed looking like it usually is. But the bun tasted different, and the texture was like it was stale. Not soft and fresh.
