You all realize that this could simply be an adverse reaction to prescribed medication. She could’ve also been having a diabetic issue. Some diabetics when having sugar issues will fail the SFST and have breath smelling of alcohol, thus learning to arrest but will pass a breathalyzer test. I arrested an early 20’s male at like 4pm that had just got off work for DWI. He couldn’t stay in 3 lanes, smelled like a brewery, failed every test. It wasn’t until we were at jail that we had to call for medics, turns out his sugar was in the 400’s and he had to be transported to the hospital. He had no idea he was diabetic. Obviously no charges were filed.

I like the demand for the Chief and Mayor go to his house and apologize by close of business Tuesday. He did not mention public release of Bodycam. I almost went full Karen. That was a terrible statement, even if she was 100% innocent. Welp looks like we are back stuck with Abbott. Even if the body cam and toxic screen show otherwise, still a bad video IMO Yep he showed his backside with that one.

I'd like to see the dash/body cam. I noticed in West's recrnt video, he first said she was forced out of the car. A few sentences later he said she "being a good citizen voluntarily got out of the car"...

I don't know. When his demands are not met it will be interesting to see him become their "worst nightmare". Maybe Abbott ordered the bogus stop/bust....

The only way someone could have a hand in this is if they called in and reported an intoxicated driver to dispatch. And I encourage anyone to do that. That’s not the caller’s fault, it’s the offender’s.

That is different from a fact or even a likelihood. To not consider it as a POSSIBILITY, then you obviously consider it to be impossible. I’d say that’s short-sighted and naive.
