Really wanted something spicy to have cold with the leftover grilled chicken tonight. What better combo than sausage, bacon, hash browns, onions and peppers with plenty of both cheeses???

Super simple dinner tonight, but boy, was it good! The quiche, grilled chicken, fried tortillas for chips with guacamole/japs and salsa. Washed it all down with a couple big Modelos.

Just as good for breakfast too! Slice of pie, and prickly pear jelly on fried tortilla chips.
