Well, I'll be derned - I had a big trip cancelled, so I decided to send the state another 3 bucks, like I have for a dozen or so years, off and on, for Pronghorn in the Rita Blanca. Email this morning says I drew!

what exactly does "pending 2nd draw" mean? does everyone who didnt draw get this status? I think everyone gets it until all the 1st draw folks accept/claim their permit.

what exactly does "pending 2nd draw" mean? does everyone who didnt draw get this status? The people that got picked have about 10 days to pay. If some don't pay then they have a second drawing to fill those spots. So you still have a small chance.
