Got the wife packed up and on the road to Boise for a weekend of daughter and grand-daughter time. This could be expensive. Staying here with the MIL, guardian angel duty!!  Bacon, potatoes, fried fresh jalapeños, and a little sharp white cheddar to hold the eggs together. Moved it all to the side and fried fresh tortillas in the left-over grease.
