I agree. I think this is a tactic to get the non-vaccinated people to get the shot. Not working for me. The shot does not cover the new Delta strain of COVID, therefore no one is vaccinated against it.
Where did you hear the vaccine doesn't cover the Delta Strain, totally not true. Liar Liar. Pants unfire!

Tigger let me know what that’s got to do with any of this! Tigger since you don’t have the mental aptitude to discuss. Trump has been pro vaccination. Fairly certain he is vaccinated. Also was in charge of the huge roll out. I could go to google and find many left wing pro forced vaccination folks that were acting like they wouldn’t get the trump vaccine and swearing it was rolled out too fast with no fda approval. But that wouldn’t matter to you.

Michael Yon@MichaelYon 18 minutes ago Signs of Lying — it’s Horse Medicine, and Performative Anger When I’m on the ground doing research, and I ask a question and someone becomes angry with me — and even attacks with ad hominem — I KNOW I got a fish on the line. And, weirdly, I typically was not even fishing. More like a fish jumps in the boat while I was looking for something else.
That was the case with Brigadier General Daniel Menard in Afghanistan. I was not even looking and suddenly came the frontal attack. My subsequent research led to his being reduced in rank to Colonel and being kicked out of the Canadian Army. Later he was put in prison in Afghanistan for something else. Had he just been polite…he might still be a General.
Or just massive and obvious lies from false light. Such as characterizing ivermectin as an animal medicine. You KNOW what follows is a lie. Yes, ivermectin is used in animals. But then so are penicillin and at least hundreds of other potions. It’s just a straight up lie by false light.
Ask any veterinarian you know how many human medicines are used with animals.
If they did not fear that ivermectin would work, they would demand and or even fund clinical trials to settle the controversy.
It walks like a…

Our daughter just put in her resignation along with over 50 of her coworkers today, thr will be a nursing shortage in the near future. This exact thing will likely happen if medicine is ever socialized. Very few actually want to help people just because. They can say they do because they do, but for very high pay and the "prestige". My wife works in the medical field and the majority of physicians say that if medicine ever becomes socialized they will retire or move to private practice to serve who THEY want and get paid well versus being tied to a provider that takes "govt insurance", and they can't actually help anyone because the government won't pay for it.

A large majority of medicine is socialized already….Medicare and Medicaid. Just have to “earn it”.

Yes, and most private practices don't accept it or prefer not to. The most dreaded is Tri-Care

Hundreds of Charlotte-area healthcare workers and supporters protested Sunday against Atrium Health’s new coronavirus vaccination policy.
The protest from Freedom Park to Atrium Health - Main was organized to stand against the mandated vaccinations issued for Atrium Health employees.
Atrium Health, one of the biggest healthcare systems in Charlotte, recently announced its employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The hospital system said there’s an urgent need for its employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as the new, more potent delta variant continues to spread locally and throughout the state.
“We view it as essential that each of our teammates receive their vaccination to protect themselves, their families and the people in their care,” Atrium Health said in a statement.
Charlotte hospitals announce mandatory COVID vaccine requirement for all employees
The hospital system said the COVID-19 vaccine should not be viewed any differently than its requirements for employees to get an annual flu shot, as well as be vaccinated for measles, chicken pox and other infectious diseases.
“We have started communicating to all of our teammates (including remote workers, physicians, medical residents, faculty, fellows, trainees, contractors, students/visiting students, members of the medical staff, temporary workers and volunteer staff) that they must be fully vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption,” Atrium said in a statement.
The hospital system said new variants of COVID-19 are contributing to a 200% increase in hospitalizations – and, among their patients, 99% of those hospitalized in recent weeks have been those who are unvaccinated.
‘COVID is preventable:’ NC hospitals renew vaccine urgency as hospitalizations rise
“By making the vaccine mandatory for our teammates, Atrium Health, including Wake Forest Baptist Health and Atrium Health Navicent, and along with multiple other health systems across the region, are taking reasonable steps to make sure that our teammates – many of whom remain on the frontlines, interacting directly with people who have COVID – are protected and available to care for members of the community as we deal with the next phases of the pandemic,” Atrium said in the statement. Our goal is to create a safe and engaging place for users to connect over interests and passions. In order to improve our community experience, we are temporarily suspending article commenting.
