Dusty was primary vocalist for ZZ, yes? No Sir. Bass player. He led on some songs and was also backup singer to Billy He was not the lead singer, but he was the leader of that band. He found Billy. ZZ TOP documentary on netflex is really good if you have never seen it and like ZZ Top.

I saw them in Dallas somewhere around late 70's?---great show!!
Small world too. I walked in the country club bar from the golf course one afternoon and he was there. His mom lived here.

Sad day. If you look at the ZZ Top documentary on Netflix, he actually looked the healthiest of the three of them. He sure did. After hearing the story on Frank, I thought for sure he'd be the first to go. Talkin about burning the candle at both ends...he also cut it in the middle and lit it there too.
