I really like the turkey pics. Those suckers can really tear up some corn if they get on a feeder. I enjoy messing around and calling them in but I don't shoot them because I think the meat is terrible. I've tried cooking them a few different ways and always end up throwing it away. The only way that is edible is frying but you can fry a cat turd and make it edible.

Thanks. I used to be the same way with killing and eating wild turkey till I tried different ways than just frying it. I found that I would cut the breast into 1/2" or so thick cutlets and then tenderize them to about 1/4" or less. I would either coat them in olive oil and seasonings or in chipotle or Italian dressing then use seasonings to my taste(usually lemon pepper) grill or air fry them. I actually like them better that way than fried. I have also had the breast meat cut into round medallions and bacon wrapped like a filet mignon, seasoned and grilled.
