Anyone own or shot the POF Rogue in 308, especially the pistol version in 12.5" barrel?

Thinking of picking one up since they are supposedly the lightest weight AR10 platform and really like the idea of the 12.5" barrel.

Thoughts or opinions?

There are a lot of good videos on youtube about the Revolution. I'm sure there are some on the Rogue. I think they are absolute genius. POF is top notch and the managed to cram a 308 in an AR15 platform.

I have the 16” version. It’s okay, not what I was really hoping for. I had to send it back to POF for a new barrel because the accuracy was horrible. It’s better now. It will do MOA with match ammo.

It is very light weight which is why I bought it. It’s lighter than my 14.5” 5.56 AR. The barrel is a very light profile so the balance isn’t the best but it’s very easy to carry around. It’s very hard on brass. I’m hoping the more I shoot it, the better it will get. I have a feeling it would benefit from an adjustable gas block. It seems over-gassed to me, but I’m no expert on 308 ARs.

I’m planning on keeping it, but for $1800 I expected more.

Keep in mind you may need to shoot lighter Ammo in the shorter barrel for maximum terminal performance

So if you got access to Ammo then give it a whirl !

I only know one person with a POF 308 and they had a lot of issues with it.

I would sit back and wait to see how it holds up.......alot of testing has taken place for military application and there must be some good reasons it was decided to use a beefier frame for bigger bullets and more powder.....

There's a few Youtube reviews online and they weren't very good either, but man that 6 lbs is enticing. May need to look at CMMG.

Thanks for the info everyone.
