From Shooting Illustrated's newest issue...should be interesting and I think the value of existing Colts just went up.
On May 24th, CZG secured all necessary regulatory approval from the US and Canadian authorities and successfully closed acquisition of 100% of the equity interest in Colt Holding Company, the parent company of Colt's Manufacturing Company and Colt Canada Corporation.

CZ (or CZG-Ceska Zbrojovka Group) builds excellent firearms across their range of brands.
I don't know what Colt's financials look like after their last bankruptcy, but this might be a win for them long term.

There was a long segment on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk with one of Colt's executives that was there after the last bankruptcy. Says their financials are in the black. So far CZG has let them do their thing. New corner logo on the Colt sight.

Never been a fan of Colt so maybe this will help. Probably not but there's always hope. This. Hopefully, Colt quality will improve.
